***16th March 2020 – Covid-19 protocol***

In light of recent events we would like to reassure all of our clients that staff, client and animal health and welfare is our highest priority. We would appreciate co-operation from our clients in order to minimise risk to our staff members, enabling us to deliver ongoing care for your animals.

With this in mind we politely request:

If you are in self-isolation or showing signs of a fever or persistent cough and have a planned veterinary visit, please phone the practice (01934 315970) so necessary adjustments for your visit can be made.

Please make sure you use our hand sanitiser when visiting the practice.

Where possible please utilise our telephone lines for seeking veterinary guidance, ordering drugs, paying invoices and booking appointments. We are more than happy to talk with you over the phone.

In event of an emergency please phone 01934 315970 as normal, we will continue to provide 24/7 veterinary care.

As always, we are more than happy to answer any queries you may have and are here to support you.

Thank you for your understanding and we will keep you updated as any further changes occur.

On the road from Mendip to Moor...

We are a local, independently owned and dedicated large animal practice serving farms, smallholders and horse owners in the community.

Everyone who works at our practice lives and breathes within the local community and has its best interests at heart. Our main aim as a veterinary practice is to provide a holistic and all encompassing approach to proactive, preventative large animal medicine that will help to improve animal health and welfare, production and efficiency. This in turn will boost production and subsequently improve farm profits.
